Saturday night fun

Saturday we will be celebrating a non traditional Easter dinner with some of oour favorite people!!! We will be starting with Shrimp N Potato Spinach Tostados .... the tostados can be made ahead of time so you can spend the time enjoying your company rather then cooking all day!  These seem a bit more complicated but the flavors that are in it should make it worth while!!
