Finally!!!

Hi, sorry it's been so long since my last post....things have been a little busy :( we are back on track now ... so whats on the menu tomorrow night?? we have Big Bud's Beer Can Chicken ...chicken, bacon and beer ... doesn't get any better then that! This one is done in the oven so I will be making a gravy with the drippings for my mashed potatoes, we also have Szechuan Green Beans! I think this is a great way to finish an awesome weekend!
