Where do I begin ....I was hoping to get the guys to give me ratings and comments on the dishes however they were really in no condition by the end in fact they didn't even make it through all the dishes :( I got the Buffalo Balls done which were very flavorful and hot, the blue cheese was a great added touch and I took the sauce and poured it over all the balls and tossed, it was easier to serve! I would probably make them again, it was a lot of work for a quick little bite but worth it! I give them a 3.5.

Next was the Rojo Onion Rings ... I soaked the rings in buttermilk for about 30 minutes then dredged them in flour, dipped them in a hot sauce mixture and finished them in panko bread crumbs! They were crispy with the right amount of heat ... with little prep work I would give these a 4.5
And the last thing I was able to make was the Chicken Avocado egg rolls... chicken, onions, carrots and cabbage with a few spices and fresh garlic and ginger rolled up with fresh avocado slices. These were pretty good, easy to make but I would have maybe liked a bit more flavor and crunch inside. I would give these a 3.8.
Although the photos and presentation don't look very appealing, the food overall was pretty good! Unfortunately I was unable to make the cilantro wrapped shrimp with spicy pickled pineapple sauce or the star of the show .. baltimore beef bad boy sandwiches and I wasn't able to get anyones ratings and thoughts on my food but it was fun and the sandwiches will be made today. A big thanks to Kelly who entertained my son!!
